This place in a nice area provided a relaxed holiday base with modern rooms and good service.

Excellent location for those who is not so keen on pubs and night clubs, all the rest is just nearby. The beach, shops, bars, bus stop – all is close to the hotel. The beach is also very nice, clean and sandy (no stones). You can get to the hotel from the airport using bus number 66. The bus service is very convenience and you can reach many destinations from the stop “Parque Tropical”, which is 3 min walking from the hotel.

Staff was very polite and attentive to the requests. There was good food but repetitive. The evening was interesting entertaining programa. Good location, near the ocean. Near the bus stop.

Everything was fine. I hope some day in the future I'll spend another perfect week in this place.

Some key people don't understand English well, though they try to do their best to help you.

The staff was very helpful, were all fluent in English and German, very smiley and always trying to improve their services. A great "customer services" behaviour.

The food was quite repetitive, similar dishes during the dinner ... still, there was always a meat, fish and vegetarian dish. Since I was pregnant, I was very careful with the food but I must say that it was good and had no problems. I did not like that drinks have to be paid extra during dinner.

This place is ideally situated in the heart of everything, with the beach, town center, and beautiful cliff promenade just a short walk away, providing a great setting for leisurely walks.

The beds were newly renovated, I slept well. It had a good view over the ocean. - Great and top location, near to the lovely long promenade, the beach, shops, restaurants.

In center of playa del ingles near beach and nightlife but quiet in night. Nice beeds. Big room. Nice staff.
